Junior School (4 - 11)
Channing School is a member of the North London Independent Girls' Schools Consortium and follows its agreed Code of Practice for entry.
Entry to the Junior School is by competitive assessment. Once registered, your daughter will be invited to a first assessment in January. The assessment is conducted informally, like a playgroup session. Girls work in small groups with a teacher on a variety of games and puzzles in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Several girls will be recalled for a second assessment, again to work in small groups with a member of staff for one hour. Offers of places are sent out on a date agreed by the other members of the North London Independent Girls' Schools Consortium.
