Another year of A2 success!
Channing is celebrating another set of superb A2 results, with 96% A* to B grades and 100% A* to C grades.
Congratulations to Olivia Burns, Lisa Karlin, Sarah Mansfield, Lucy Steeds and Imogen Wright, who have all gained their Oxbridge places. Olivia, who will be studying at Homerton College, Cambridge, follows older sisters and ex-Channing pupils Emily and Rebecca to Cambridge.
Special mention goes to Alexandra Cooper, who achieved four A*s and will be reading Economics and French at Durham; to Katie Raine, who gained three A*s and will be studying PPE, also at Durham; and to Nicola Wolff, who will be reading Medicine at UCL, having gained 3 A*s and 1 A.
Headmistress Mrs Barbara Elliott said: “I am delighted with this year's A level results, which are outstanding, and a massive 8% improvement on last year's excellent scores. The girls have worked so hard, as have their teachers - we are all incredibly proud of their achievements."
