Dear Channing Old Girls and former staff
As the 125th Anniversary in 2010 of the School's Foundation approaches, we are anxious to build up the Old Girls section of the Channing Association and include you in the various events that are being planned. Please encourage your Channing friends to reconnect with the School - no charge for rejoining the OGs!
We always appreciate news from Old Girls and former staff: the School Magazine contains news from both groups and will be published in the New Year. We are also planning a book 'Channing Lives' for the 125th, please let me know if you would like to receive the guidelines. And we are setting up a new OG Committee please let me know if you would be interested in becoming involved in some way.
We are considering organising a series of 'cohort' reunions at the school, starting with those who were at the school in the 1950s and earlier. If you are ever in the area of the school, do let Barbara Elliott, the Headmistress, know in case it would be possible for you to visit the school. She would be delighted to meet you!
