Channing Association

Social events are organised each term by the Channing Association. 

This association is open to all parents and we very much hope you will want to join in what we do: our primary purpose is to help parents get to know each other and the school better, and generally to develop our sense of partnership together in the many activities we organise (Quiz nights, Wine tasting, Salsa evenings).  

The AGM is held in the Autumn Term, usually in October, and the Association also organises the much-acclaimed fireworks in November, the Year 7 and 8 Disco for the girls each March, and the Sixth Form Ball every two years. 

On Saturdays the Channing Swimming group hire the Mallinson pool at Highgate School for a time: in March there is a sponsored Swimathon in aid of the school charity.  Joining Channing Tennis gives you access to the school tennis courts at Fairseat during weekends.
