On entry to the school parents must complete a pupil medical information form.

This form also seeks parental consent for the Nurse to administer over the-counter medication (such as paracetamol, ibruprofen and cold remedies) as well as some homeopathic remedies such as arnica.

Personal health care plans must be completed if a pupil suffers from Severe Asthma / Epilepsy / Diabetes / Severe Allergies, or any other serious condition where more information may be required.

Medical records are kept confidentially and securely by the Nurses, however, a list of girls with serious medical conditions is made available to all relevant staff.
